XBOT Technology

A robotics stack
built for one job: the cup in your hand.

Perception, planning, fluid dynamics, and fleet operations — co-designed by InSpace Technology in Shenzhen and accelerated on NVIDIA RTX.

PILLAR 01
Perception & Vision

Stereo + RGB-D pipeline. Cup pose, fluid level, foam topology — 60 fps on RTX.

PILLAR 02
Dual-arm motion

Two collaborative 6-axis arms in a shared workspace, mediated by a real-time planner.

PILLAR 03
Fluid & foam

A learned model of milk steam, pour height, and crema — turns a photo into a print.

PILLAR 04
Fleet cloud

Telemetry, OTA, remote ops dashboards. Every unit is a connected node.

01 / Perception

Seeing the cup, the milk, and the foam.

XBOT's perception stack runs on an embedded NVIDIA RTX module. Stereo + RGB-D depth gives the arm a millimeter-accurate model of every cup as it slides under the spout. A foam-topology head tracks crema in real time so latte art stays crisp through 4-cup queues.

  • Cup-pose tracking · 60 fps · sub-mm accuracy
  • Fluid level estimation from above & side cameras
  • Foam topology + edge detection at 30 fps
  • Cleanliness detection — flags spills before service

02 / Motion

Two arms. One workspace. No collisions.

A real-time planner mediates the shared volume between two collaborative 6-axis arms. They pour, froth, swirl, and hand off without scripted choreography — the planner re-solves every 50ms.

  • 50ms planner cycle · live obstacle re-solve
  • ISO 13849-1 compliant force-limited arms
  • Two concurrent recipes — hot latte + iced americano in 110s
  • Anti-crush + emergency stop on every joint
03 / Fluid & foam

From pixels to crema.

A learned model of milk steam, pour height, and surface tension translates a customer's photo into a foam-printer trajectory. The result: a recognizable face on every cup, in 5–7 seconds.

  • Photo → cup-conformal trajectory in <1s
  • Food-grade ink · 600 dpi · brand-safe filter
  • Pour-height controller for consistent crema
  • Recipe library — 40+ presets · API for custom

04 / Cloud

A connected unit, by default.

Every XBOT phones home. Operators get a live dashboard — uptime, queue depth, supply level, error history. Engineering pushes recipes and software OTA. Predictive maintenance flags a worn part before it breaks a service window.

  • Live fleet dashboard · 99.5% target uptime
  • OTA recipes, UI themes, software
  • Predictive maintenance & parts forecasting
  • POS & payments integration · ISO 22000 compliant
